VERY RECENT UPDATE
I have reason to believe that Yuwie actually pays. The person who told me about Yuwie has apparently received his first payment from Yuwie. I trust this person and do believe that Yuwie now does pay but I am still going to continue with The Yuwie Test just to make sure. If this is the case and they do pay though, now would be a good time to sign up.
The main idea by the website www.yuwie.com is that you basically get paid for what you would normally do on any friend network site. The owners of the site claim that you will get paid, though a fraction of a penny, for every page view that you get. Here is where things become interesting, they have set up a referral tree system and you also get credit for the pageviews of people you refer to Yuwie. The referral tree becomes even more complex as you get credit for pageviews of people referred by people you referred and so on. This continues through ten levels of referrals.
I basically set up this site to test Yuwie and see if they actually pay up when you hit the $50 benchmark. The way I see it, I have nothing to lose besides my time anyway and since it is a friend network its not really that bad to talk to friends anyway. Keep checking back here as I will give frequent updates as to what is happening. Since I just started this week, it will take a little bit to get rolling as I need to get referrals.

I guess only time will tell whether or not they pay but, like I said, there is nothing to lose in giving it a try and if we jump on now when the site is young and they do pay, then it is the early people who stand to make the most money.
